House Rules

  1. NO drinking, drug use, or paraphernalia is allowed while living in this home, whether onsite or offsite. Random drug tests and breathalyzers are administered. A failed test will result in immediate expulsion.
  2. Any and all suspicious using or drinking behaviors must be reported to Manager immediately.
  3. Rent must be paid in full, on time. If you are having financial difficulties, please notify us before rent is due in order to create a rent payment plan.
  4. Participation in house duties and chores is mandatory. Not doing so may result in a write-up and eventually house eviction.
  5. Attend weekly house meeting.
  6. Smoking or vaping only in designated areas.
  7. Mandatory Recovery meeting attendance; three (3) meetings per week minimum. Must sign-in and out on log sheet. Parole or probation meetings or appointments do not count.
  8. Stay out of each other’s bedrooms unless invited. Stealing will result in immediate eviction.
  9. Visitors allowed in front room or family room are allowed, but must never be unsupervised by resident they are visiting.
  10. Keep kitchen clean: Use it, wash it, dry it, put it away.
  11. Stay on top of your laundry. Don’t start it and leave it.
  12. No bullying. Treat everyone with respect and consideration.
  13. Use kind communication; Pay attention to your voice level and tone.
  14. Quiet time is between 10PM and 6AM; No laundry, cooking, or cleaning to be done during quiet time.
  15. Maintenance items need to be reported to Manager immediately.
  16. Individual and housemate anonymity must be maintained.
